Was procured via a Framework Provider (Eastern Procurement Limited) - Further competition process via Compliance Framework which is a Services Framework (Lot 1 - Electrical Systems) with 7 suppliers. Awarded value was £3,156,000.00. Bids submitted were for a beachmarking exercise of example jobs. Award of the contract to the winning supplier from the further competition process by the framework provider was made by Cabinet of Norwich City Council on 08/02/2023. However, the final contract award was not issued until August 2023 as a period of Leaseholder Consultation was required before the contract could progress.
