The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to install/replace the existing Door Entry/Access Control systems to 55 low and medium rise blocks. The objective of this tender is to engage a competent Contractor to carry out the design, installation and replacement works for the purpose of improving the safety and security of the residents and property. In line with the London Borough of Hillingdon design brief:
