Job Title: Income Officer Rate of Pay: ?12.02 per hour Hours: 37 Hours per week Location: Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: We are seeking someone to contribute to the provision of a high quality, customer-focused Income Management Service to effectively monitor all former tenant debt and take appropriate action in accordance with established procedures. We would like applicants who can demonstrate the following: o A minimum of 1 years' experience of working in a busy team/office environment. o An understanding of debt recovery techniques. o Proven experience of delivering excellent services to customers. o Experience of working to deadlines, prioritising, and organising workload. o Proven experience of using a suite of ICT packages. o Ability to work consistently, accurately and with attention to detail. o Ability to be self-motivated, work on own initiative to achieve targets and deadlines. The post will be office based for 6-8 weeks to undertake training, this is based at Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE. Once completed, a hybrid working pattern can be considered however office attendance will still be required weekly. Qualification requirements: Literacy & Numeracy Level 2
