Description

Scottish Water requires a framework for the design, installation and testing of electrical connections either for a first-time supply, or as an upgrade to existing sites. This will include all materials, plant, manpower and equipment, etc. necessary to completely supply the Electrical Connection. The Contractor must be suitably accredited to National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS) up to and including 33kV. The estimated value of spend through the framework will be c£1M per year and the proposal is a 6-year framework with a break-point review at year 3 and then options to extend for a further 2 x 12 months at Scottish Water’s sole discretion thereafter. This opportunity requires the submission of a main PQQ and a separate H&S PQQ. Bidders must complete only one of the H&S PQQ’s following the guidance in the ‘PQQ Scope & Weightings Document’. We will only accept a completed Scottish Water PQQ document. This Notice does not preclude Scottish Water from issuing other notices for specific requirements. Responses to the FTS Notice will be evaluated and only successful applicants following PQQ evaluation will be invited to submit a tender. Scottish Water reserves the right to divide the scope of the contract into lots at tender and contract award stages as it deems appropriate.
