NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde with to re-commission a service that forms part of an overall Distress Response Framework. The Distress Response Framework describes the difference levels of distress, where people in distress might seek help and what response/intervention they might expect

Total Quantity or Scope

The aim of this service is to support people, who do not require medical or specialist psychiatric assessment, through their period of distress and to support them to access appropriate services. The service will be available to adults over the age of 18, who at the time of their distress are currently within the geographical area of Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.
