Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is undertaking a competitive with negotiation procurement process for the Provision of a Community Specific E-Rostering System.Currently the organisation has an e-Rostering System that covers circa 50% of the organisation. The system also facilities the bank and agency management for the Trust and provides the Intermediate Care units with a Safer Nursing Care Tool.The Trust is looking to expand the scope of e-Rostering to cover all operational services within the organisation.

The Staff groups covered within this scope are:• Nursing• Additional Clinical Services • Allied Health Professionals• Medical and Dental• Administrative and Clerical • Estates and Facilities• Healthcare ScientistsThe size of the organisation is 375 substantive teams and 5624 staff members. Temporary workers (bank and agency) also fall into scope. A rostering solution is being explored that can provide e-Rostering for Agenda for Change and Medical staff groups.
