As Leonardo Helicopters are the Design Authority for the platform and would need to share Intellectual Property Rights with any other supplier, The Joint Modifications Contracting Arrangement was agreed for all modifications in the Leonardo platforms. Therefore the (JMCA) framework was used for this existing Joint Modification Service task.
