Legal Justification
The contract involves repetition of similar services entrusted to the economic operator to which the university awarded an original contract. The services are in conformity with a basic project for which the original contract was awarded. A change of supplier would oblige the university to acquire services having different technical characteristics which would result in disproportionate difficulties to consistent project delivery, including protection of intellectual property rights.
