Contract for the provision of HMPPS Offenders Families' Helpline Service, to run for a three (3) year period from 01.08.2018 to 31/07/2021 with the option to extend for a further twelve (12) months to 31/07/2022. The Offenders Families' Helpline Service is designed to offer but is not limited to: - Practical information and support on all aspects of the criminal justice system including access to advice and information - How to organise and cope with a prison visit - Clarification of how a prison works - Information on benefits and financial help etc - Emotional support
