Description

Lanchester Parish Council are seeking to appoint a single Contractor for the Design, Supply, Install and Commissioning of Lanchester Solar Trail (LST) Project. Funding this Project is supported and funded has been secured by Mid Durham AAP, Lanchester Parish Council and others to support the delivery of the scope and achievement of the strategic objectives for this project. Should the Parish Council be unsuccessful in obtaining all / some funding or if additional funding becomes available the Project may be modified accordingly. Site Visits - Due to the works being in the public domain, bidding organisations can visit the site But must take into consideration all Health and Safety Regulations when on site. Planning Permissions are required for this project. Lanchester Parish Council have met with Planners at Durham County Council to introduce the project. It is to be noted that planning must be in place for any works to commence and designs and a planning application will be required to be completed by the conditional successful contractor to achieve all planning permissions required.
