Repair and maintenance of heating systems to properties owned and managed by Southern Housing within the Midlands region.

Total Quantity or Scope

Repairs and maintenance services to Commercial Boiler Plant, flats with Communal Commercial Boiler Plant and Domestic Heating installations.

Renewal Options

The contract will run for a period of two years with the option to for renewal, as decided by Southern Housing, by extension of a further one year. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore three years.
