Description

Office fit out works required to be undertaken to the 5th floor of a Council owned office investment at 20 Orange Street, London, WC2. The work is being commissioned by the Council's Corporate Property Department. The project aims to undertake the fit-out works as per the provided specifications while ensuring compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM) to manage health and safety throughout all project stages.
