Description

2.1.1 This project will involve the design and build of the Moulsecoomb Hub scheme consisting of 2 lots; Lot 1: The Hub site and Lot 2: The Residential site. 2.1.2 Lot 1 is for the development of the community hub, a 4 storey 3000 square meter mixed use building to accommodate a GP surgery, Library, Pharmacy, Youth facility and commercial space.
