North East England: ExtraCare head office is located in Coventry, UK, and operates 18 retirement villages across the UK and has 36 charity shops across across the Midlands and the North of England. It is not a known or immediate requirement that work is performed on site, although this may be required from time to time.

Description

The ExtraCare Charitable Trust is inviting potential suppliers to participate in the tender exercise for a pre-configured, cloud-based, Housing and Asset Management solution. ExtraCare is seeking an "off the shelf" solution consisting of multiple interconnected modules or functions that can be individually deployed and subscribed to on an iterative basis; and which is a pre-built Microsoft Dynamics platform. We are seeking a product suitable and proven for use within and designed specifically for our sector or the housing sector or later life living. We are NOT seeking a solution that requires a bespoke design and build.

As described in II.1.4) Short description. Please refer to the documentation for further information as well as the timescales and the tender procedure.

Renewal Options

It is anticipated the contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend for 2 further years in 1 year increments. License subscriptions may renew annually.

Other Information

It is intended that the contract will be awarded to a single Supplier. ExtraCare are using a Restricted procedure, whereby any economic operator may submit a fully completed Selection Questionnaire ("SQ"), with a view to being shortlisted to participate in the Invitation to Tender ("ITT") stage.
