The Supplier has included five hours work (per cycle) with their principal consultant to ensure that they are available to provide advice, insights and data-driven analysis to support Ofwat's requirements. The Supplier's unique Trend Analysis will allow Ofwat to tell the year-on-year story and explain how the departure and arrival of talent has affected and compares to those that have worked at Ofwat throughout. Further services will add additional chargeable hours to this baseline. Timeframes 2024-26 Timelines The Supplier recommends the Service is initiated once the contract is signed and onboarding has been successfully completed and that the whole process should be completed each year between June and August (aiming for a 2-week period within that timeframe to carry out the bulk of the work).
