The West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) has a requirement to appoint a sole provider to design and build a web based digital mapping platform (DMP) to promote strategically important real estate investment sites across the region. WMGC would like to build a market leading web based digital mapping platform (DMP) which will effectively promote strategically important real estate investment sites across the region, to investors, developers, and end-use occupiers. This will help facilitate the regeneration of the built environment, one of WMGC's organisational goals.

The successful supplier will be responsible for the delivery of a DMP which will be a high-profile, high quality, market facing tool with a market leading 'look and feel'. Once complete the DMP will be in full ownership and control of the WMG. This is to allow for the ability to edit information in real time to reflect the true position of the proposition. The successful supplier needs to be able to demonstrate that the platform will be able to communicate with ZOHO, our CRM system, to ensure that expressions of interest are accurately captured. This is to help with lead generation and enhance our reporting to our shareholders.
