Care at Home service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Ill Health - Flexible Framework
Total Quantity or Scope
The Framework Agreement is for the provision of Supported Living and Personal Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities/Mental Ill Health in accordance with agreed Support Plans under Option 3 of Self Directed Support to meet the required service outcomes. The Flexible Framework will be for a period of 3 years with a further 2 one year extension options. The Framework Agreement will be flexible to allow new entrants to join; the Council reserves the right to open up the Flexible Framework for new Service Providers at any time.
