Description

Greenwich Recovery College, delivering activities and courses based around personal recovery, targeting efforts on the five recovery processes or domains identified by Leamy et al (2011) in the CHIME conceptual framework for personal recovery in mental health. Establishing and maintaining these domains helps the individual become more resilient and better able to manage the ebb and flow of their illness. Delivered at 23 Anglesea Road, London SE18 3EG. The contract is for three years with the option of two additional years, at £180,000 per annum.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Service is to provide a Recovery College to users from NHS South East London Integrated Care Board. The contract is to be awarded to the existing provider following a Direct Award Process C. The contract has a value of £180,000 per annum, for a maximum of 5 years (3 years plus the option of two additional years). Contract Start Date: 1st July 2024 Contract End Date (initial period): 30th June 2027.

Relative importance of the key criteria The following key criteria was applied in the assessment of the provider: a- Quality and Innovation (Weighting 20%), b- Value (20%) c- Integration , Collaboration and Service Sustainability (Weighting 20%), d- Improving Access, Reducing Health inequalities and Facilitating Choice (weighting 20%), e- Social Value (weighting 20%) Rationale for the relative importance of key criteria: All criteria were determined to be equally important and therefore allocated same weighting of 20%. Rationale for choosing the provider: The provider was assessed both for their current performance and potential future performance and provided evaluators with confidence in their ability to meet the requirements of future contract. In addition to the key criteria, the basic selection criteria used was Pass/ Fail and the provider 'passed' across all areas.
