Legal Justification
SSE used the Achilles Utilities pre-qualification system to identify and select suitable suppliers to take part in this tender. The suppliers invited to participate in the tender were selected from the Achilles Network, Building Confidence, Supply-Line & UVDB and were required to meet a minimum criteria to be invited to participate in the MSP transformation Project Tender. - Financial "Sales Revenue - Currency: GBP Annual Sales Revenue - Min: £50,000,000" - Supplier Level/State Level: Silver; Silver+ - Achilles Score 68 or higher - Network searched - Achilles Network, Building Confidence, Supply-Line & UVDB 54 suppliers who met the above criteria were invited to participate in the ITT. 12 suppliers confirmed their participation in the Tender. A total of 5 bids were received.
