Lot Division
1 | Q-Band Pulse EPR Spectrometer Q-Band Pulse EPR Spectrometer - An existing Bruker E580 X-band (~9.5 GHz) pulse EPR spectrometer operating with a Bruker ER 073 electromagnet, and a Cryogenics Cryogen Free Variable Temperature Cryostat is to be replaced, extended or upgraded to Q-band (~34 GHz). - The current 3.6 kW magnet power supply will need to be exchanged with a 12 kW power supply (Bruker ER 83 CS) available in the laboratory. - The current capability of generating arbitrary waveforms is to be retained. -The current capability of ENDOR (electron nuclear double resonance) is to be retained. - A data acquisition workstation and software licence are to be provided (Bruker Xepr license could be exchanged). -Pulse programming allowing standard experiments and usual phase cycles (4-pulse DEER, 5-pulse RIDME, 6 Pulse DQC, 2 and 3-pulse ESEEM, HYSCORE, Mims- and Davies-ENDOR etc.).
