Description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of a forthcoming market engagement event related to a potential upcoming procurement. The Department of Education (DfE) with the support of its Arms Length Body (ALB) LocatED are looking to appoint three delivery suppliers to commence work on a community renewables project targeting up to 150 schools/colleges in 2025-26 in three lots of fifty to help deliver the shared missions of clean energy, growth and opportunity for all by increasing the energy efficiency and generation on the school/college estate. The scope of the requirement will be split into three phases. Phase 1 - Early Feasibility studies and school/college allocation Phase 2 - Basket 1 Deliverables Phase 3 - Basket 2 and Basket 3 Services

The event is anticipated to last approximately 90 minutes and will give interested parties an understanding of the aims of the opportunity.
