Legal Justification

Over suits are a specialised item with very few companies supplying suitable equipment. Following extensive trials it was identified that Respirex was technically suitable and subsequently approve as only suits as the only approved suites for use on site. Ref. WSG_OSS_068 report identifying suits as the only approved suites for use on site. Additional deliveries by the supplier are for replacement goods (or an extension of existing supplies) where a change of supplier leading to goods having different technical characteristics would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties.
