Lot Division
| 1 | Electrical Work Provision of electrical trades - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within the company. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken through from Selection stage. |
| 2 | Plumbing Work Provision of plumbing trades - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their company. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be take from Selection stage to the Invitation To Tender |
| 3 | Building (including Plastering) work Provision of building work, including plastering - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their organisation. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken from Selection to Invitation To Tender stage. |
