3.1. We are seeking to appoint one supplier for the materials/products detailed below. Lot 1 Kitchen Supply, Design and Spares Lot 2 Manufacture of spare doors and draw fronts for legacy kitchens 3.2. Estimated annual spend of: Lot 1 £900,000 Based on a potential 800no. Kitchens. Lot 2 £78000 Based on current usage.

All prices quoted in the the price schedule (Document 3) are to be inclusive of delivery to KWL stores or the tenant property as appropriate. Prices must include all costs and charges. 3.5. The contract will be for a 2-year period commencing on Tuesday 1st April. The contracts may be extended for a further 2 year period (2 + 1 + 1 Year) subject to a value for money review which will take into account cost, performance and quality delivered during the original contract term.
