Total Quantity or Scope
The Contract was for the supply, installation, commissioning and operator training of the specified Waste & Recycling Equipment, namely the following:- -Fully Automatic Twin Ram Horizontal Baler It is an essential requirement of the Contract that the Tenderer had to be in all ways able to supply the equipment as specified above in order for the delivery, installation and commissioning had to be completed by 20 September 2021. Tenderers had to make it clear in their tender submission that they were able to supply the equipment by the date specified. Tenderers had to confirm details of the Warranty, which was provided with the Fully-Automatic Twin Ram Horizontal Baler, together with any after-sales service (if applicable).

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Please note that it was an essential requirement of the procurement process that Tenderers fully completed and submitted a satisfactory Single Procurement Document (SPD) and satisfied all requirements specified or referred to in the Contract Notice and Tender Documents. The contract was subject to Scots Law and the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. GBP means Great British Pounds. III.1.2 - Economic operators who do not obtain a satisfactory financial evaluation may not be considered for contract award. II.2.7 - Indicative dates based on the current timetable. The supply was still subject to support, training, maintenance and warranty detailed in the Invitation to Tender. The UK has left the EU and the transition period after EU came to an end on 31 December 2020. From 1 January 2021, relevant references to the EU and EU procurement legislation will either be updated or removed from the Public Contracts Scotland site where appropriate. This will be an ongoing process undertaken during the early part of 2021.
