Contractor is needed to research on how to retrofit historic buildings within the Hamilton Square Conservation Area to help achieve the net zero carbon target. A Contractor is needed to determine the best way to retrofit these listed buildings, how to make them more energy efficient while minimising harm to preserve their architectural and historical features.
