Description

The Royal Borough of Greenwich (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake works for the upgrade of the communal heating and ventilation system at Azile Everitt House and upgrade of the communal heating system at 50 St. John's Park. This is a single stage procurement exercise and details of works to be delivered under this contract are set out in more detail in the procurement documents. The contract duration will be for a period of nine (9) months from the contract commencement date.
