Description

The works comprise of internal redesign of the Kitchen, Duty and Mess Room, Locker Room, Office to improve circulation, refurbishment of St John’s Ambulance offices and floor strengthening works to Ambulance Station floor.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Contractor will be required to undertake all necessary groundwork services/ drainage connections, external works and paving, etc. i.e., to provide a ‘one stop’ all-inclusive package The whole of the Works is to be carried out during office hours only: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00. No Works will be allowed on Weekends or on Public Holidays.
