All key criteria were considered with equal importance and the review demonstrated that the provider was both satisfying the existing contract and likely to satisfy the new contract. • Decision making report authored by Mental Health Transformation Manager and Contract Manager and agreed by Kirklees Health and Care Partnership Senior Leadership Team of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board on 09/12/24. • No conflicts of interest were declared by the authors of the report or any member of Kirklees Senior Leadership Team agreeing the report.
