The Council People Plan’s vision is to have ‘A confident, empowered and inclusive workforce’ that is motivated caring and considerate. Developing skills and competencies will enable our workforce to fulfil it’s potential, be innovative and creative and help shape and prepare our organisation for our ever-changing needs and achieve great outcomes for our organisation and the communities we serve. Our priorities are essential training, including statutory and role specific training, individual and team development and supporting our change programme.
