NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU), on behalf of NHS England (Midlands) (Midlands) (the Contracting Authority) is inviting suitable organisations to tender for the provision of Health Needs Assessments (HNAs) framework in the health and justice sector. It is based on 4 lots as detailed further in this notice.Organisations wishing to submit a bid will need to register on the Arden & GEM CSU Atamis (Health Family) e-tendering portal and complete the ITT documentation at the following location: https://health-family.force.com/s/WelcomeThe ITT documentation should be completed by the closing date of 14:00 on 7th March 2025. Lot Division

1 C. Lot 1 - Secure Estate

The provision of health needs assessment services to address the health needs of Children and Young People and adult prisoners in secure establishments across the Midlands. This will include male, female and mixed estates.This lot is split into the following sub-lots;Sub-Lot 1.1 Men secure estateSub-Lot 1.2 Women secure estateSub-Lot 1.3 Children and Young People secure estate
2 D. Lot 2 - Non-Custodial

Provision of health needs assessment services to address the health needs of the population accessing the criminal justice system including those attending police custody suites voluntary attendance (VA) and the courts.This lot is split into the following sub-lots;Sub-Lot 2.1 Liaison & Diversion (L&D)Sub-Lot 2.2 Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTR)Sub-Lot 2.3 ReconnectSub-Lot 2.4 Court Healthcare
3 E. Lot 3 - Sexual Assault Referral Centre Services - Adult and CYP

provision of health needs assessments services to address the health needs of Children and Young People (CYP) and adults accessing SARC services across the Midlands region.
4 F. Lot 4 - Bespoke - service or pathway specific to be advised as required

Provision of Bespoke Health Needs Assessments for services or pathway specific to be advised as required.
