Description
The framework contract will be for a service to cover reactive, planned & statutory maintenance and associated services to include, but not limited to: General Maintenance of all floorcoverings on campus. Replacement of floorcoverings around campus. Removal of existing floorcoverings. Screeding floors. Install resin floors Terrazzo floor repairs Laying of new carpets, carpet tiles, and vinyl. Supply and install external nosing’s and landings nonslip products. Supply and install external mattings. Refurbishment priced works.
Total Quantity or Scope
Refurbishment priced works. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal Options
It is anticipated that the Framework agreement will be effective from 1st August for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for two (2) further periods, each of 12 months subject to satisfactory annual review and mutual agreement.
