A residential ‘Crisis House’ for adults in mental health crisis in Kirklees 2025-27. The service has capacity to support up to 4 residents 24/7 as an alternative to hospital admission.

The Contract Authority; NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime. A residential ‘Crisis House’ for adults in mental health crisis in Kirklees. The service is to be awarded for the period 01/04/2025-31/03/2027. The lifetime value of this award would be £880,000

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. All key criteria were considered with equal importance and the review demonstrated that the provider was both satisfying the existing contract and likely to satisfy the new contract. • Decision making report authored by Mental Health Transformation Manager and Contract Manager and agreed by Kirklees Health and Care Partnership Senior Leadership Team of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board on 09/12/24. • No conflicts of interest were declared by the authors of the report or any member of Kirklees Senior Leadership Team agreeing the report.
