The service supports Kirklees residents who have complex emotional mental health needs (previously known as the TIPD service) 2025-30.

All key criteria were considered with equal importance and the review demonstrated that the provider was both satisfying the existing contract and likely to satisfy the new contract. • Decision making report authored by Contract Manager, Programme Manager and Director of Operational Delivery and Performance and agreed by Kirklees Health and Care Partnership Senior Leadership Team of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board on 16/12/24. • No conflict of interest were declared by the authors or authorisers of the report.
