The contract was awarded under the provisions of the Framework Agreement ref. RM6163 entered into between NHS Workforce Alliance and the Supplier on 31st March 2022 for the Provision of Workforce Improvement Services. Further Competition to Establish a Master Vendor Agency Staffing Supplier under the Workforce Improvement Services framework (RM6163) took place and all suppliers on the framework were invited to participate.
