Description
NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (NHS SWL ICB) is appointing providers to a Primary Care at Scale Framework Agreement.
Lot Division
1 | PCAS Framework - Croydon The framework is for the provision of Primary Care At Scale Services. Lot 1 is for services in Croydon. This notice is an intention to conclude a framework agreement using the competitive process. As advertised, the anticipated, framework total value is £52,000,000 (exclusive of VAT) with an annual value estimated at £13,000,000 (exclusive of VAT) and a lot specific estimated total value of £5,188,000.00 (exclusive of VAT). Whilst this procurement opportunity has been advertised to have a potential total value of £52,000,000 the Relevant Authority will give no commitment to the actual level of commissioning activity under this Framework Agreement. The framework agreement will be used by NHS SWL ICB only. The framework agreement is expected to run from 1 March 2025 until 28 February 2029. This is a new service. |

The framework agreement will be used by NHS SWL ICB only. The framework agreement is expected to run from 1 March 2025 until 28 February 2029. This is a new service. |

The awarding of this framework agreement is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 23:59 on 14 February 2025. This framework agreement has not yet been formally concluded; this notice serves as an intention to establish the framework agreement under the PSR. Representation can be sent to hub.psrrepresentation@nhs.net Award decision-makers: NHS South West London Integrated Care Board Executive Board Conflicts of interest identified among evaluators: 1. The non-conflicted members have assessed the nature and risk of this conflict and have decided which steps to take to avoid or manage it. This resulted in excluding 1 conflicted member from decision-making and 1 potential conflict was deemed not to require such mitigation and continued with the evaluation process. 5 key criteria selected (1) Quality and Innovation: 20% (2) Value: 15% (3) Integration, collaboration and service sustainability: 40% (4) Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice: 15% (5) Social value: 10%.
