Hospice provision for children and young people including medically-supported short respite breaks, symptom management, stepped discharge from hospital, emergency and end-of-life care.

Total Quantity or Scope

Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICB are intending to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C for 3 years. The services within this contract have been identified and notified as on the reserve list of services to be considered to be included in the Integrated Community Based Care Contract (ICBC) which is due to go live on 1st April 2025. Reserve services will not be included in the ICBC contract from 1 April 2025, but will be considered to be included in the future which has informed the contract term for this direct award. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £71,861. The contract is for three years (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027). This notice has been published by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
