Other Information
** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The Authority made an urgent award due to multiple factors including: -The impact of GP Collective Action (commenced 1st August 2024 and is ongoing) – on ICB capacity and work with GP Providers - Delays to the initial timetable for Integrated Neighbourhood Team expansion whilst it is redesigned to ensure fit with Financial Recovery Programme - Impact of personnel changes on the Integrated Care Board capacity at Alliance Level to mobilise service changes, including the Clinical Leads review - The ICB priorities have been changing and are awaiting upcoming planning guidance and formation of local integrated neighbourhood teams. There is a data sharing agreement already in place with the incumbent provider which allows the model to be more flexible and quicker response as already working in tandem with member practices and PCN. No conflicts of interest have been identified by the Authority.
