Description

This procurement will establish a Framework for the provision of Learning and Development Services which may be used by a number of Northern Ireland Public Sector Organisations. The Framework will be split into 5 lots specific to the various Learning and Development Services required as follows: 1 Building People Skills and Capability 2 Developing Operational Capability 3 Leadership 4 Health, Safety and Wellbeing 5 Digital Learning

1 Building People Skills and Capability
Award Criteria
AC1 Incorporate the latest people and capability skills, thinking and concepts into the design and content of learning interventions 9.12
AC2 Incorporate the latest learning and development tools, techniques and learning approaches into the design and content of learning interventions 9.12
AC3 Work with clients and subject experts to identify learning and development needs 1.92
