The key objective(s) of this competition are:• To procure a supplier to provide compliance certification for EPC and DEC production and renewal across the NHSPS estate.

Provision of compliance certification for EPC and DEC production and renewal across the NHS Property Services (NHSPS) estate. The supplier must have a team of Accredited energy assessors covering all of England and produce guidance and reports on MEES risks and mitigation
2 LOT B- Air Conditioning (TM44) Inspections

Provision of Air Conditioning Inspections (TM44) to ensure compliance in England.

Renewal Options

The duration of the agreement for each lot shall be for a period of 3 years with two extension options of 1 year each (3+1+1). Extensions shall not be guaranteed and shall be confirmed by NHSPS according to market conditions, provider performance and NHSPS requirements.
