Providers on this Lot are able to offer group based provision based on age ranges to support children and their families. Group activities will be based on developmental needs that reflect key life stages. |

Providers for this lot are able to offer Personal Assistant support to help children and young people access community activities of their choice. |
| 3 | Short Break Activities and Family Support for Children and Young People with Higher Needs
