Description
The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Major and Minor Construction Works (2025) provides a broad range of major and minor construction works to support ENP Members/Licensees. These works include various installation works, responsive repairs works, maintenance works and new build works, predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees. Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in. A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Lot Division
1 | Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Plumbing Systems (may include Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements) Installation and/or repairs to plumbing installations which may extend to full kitchens and/or bathrooms replacements. and associated repairs/works. |
2 | Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gas and Heating Systems Installation and/or repairs to gas heating and hot water systems and associated repairs/works. |
3 | Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Electrical Systems Installation and/or repairs to electrical systems and associated repairs/works |
4 | Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Rendering and Plasterwork Installation and/or repairs to render and render systems and associated repairs/works. |
5 | Undertaking of Remedial Damp Works and Associated Repair/Replacement Works (may include Damp Surveys and/or Remediation Surveys) Specialist damp proofing treatments and remedial services to identify, treat and cure damp infestation related issues. Including follow up remedial works. If required, this Lot may include Consultation Services and survey reports on penetrating and rising damp, condensation, black mould, wet & dry rot and woodworm. |
6 | Gardening and Grounds Maintenance (may include Commercial Cleaning) Grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub and bed maintenance, weed control, litter collection, debris clearing and commercial cleaning. General clearing and clearance. |
7 | Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Gates and Fencing Erection and repair of all types of fencing and gates including wood, metal and concrete fencing and associated repairs/works. |
8 | Minor Civil Engineering (including but not limited to Retaining Walls, Drainage, Paths, Paving and Tarmac) External works including paving, tarmacadam, hard surfacing, kerbs and site preparation. Retaining wall solutions including gravity systems, cantilevered systems, sheet piling, anchored walls, soil strengthening, gabion meshes, mechanical stabilisation and drainage; small scale site enabling & improvement works, live services identification & relocation, drainage works, earthworks, small scale contaminated land remediation, site access works and the likes thereof and associated repairs/works. |
9 | General Building Works (including but not limited to Remodelling, Refurbishment and Small Extensions) Internal and external refurbishment works and/or extensions to existing properties and/or buildings and associated repairs/works. |
10 | Installation, Maintenance and/or Repairs to Ironmongery/Seals to Doors and Windows Installation, repairs, maintenance and servicing to windows and doors, including handles, hinges and lock replacements. Includes removing/replacing beads/gaskets etc., making good, and removal of waste. |
11 | Replacement of Glazing Replacement and repairs to glazing to windows, screens and doors. |
12 | Drainage Maintenance and Repair Work (including but not limited to drainage surveys, flushing and relining work) Drainage CCTV surveys and techniques such as high-pressure water jetting to clear blockages in the drain line. Drainage repairs e.g. relining and associated repairs/works. |
13 | Pitched Roofing Replacements including Roofline Replacements of Pitched Roofing including roofline works such as RWGs, fascias, soffits, bargeboards, and uPVC cladding. Includes making good and removal of waste offsite and associated repairs/works. |
14 | Pitched Roofing Repairs including Roofline Repairs of Pitched Roofing including roofline works such as RWGs, fascias, soffits, bargeboards and uPVC cladding and associated repairs/works. This lot may also include gutter clearance. |
15 | Flat Roofing Repairs and Replacements Repairs and Replacements of Flat Roofing, including but not limited to EDPM, GRP roofing and traditional Flat Roof Felting and associated repairs/works. |
16 | Roofline Replacements Replacements to roofline, such as RWGs, fascias, soffits, bargeboard this may include but is not limited to the renewing of felt or membrane and installation of soffit supports and extending roofline where necessary. |
17 | Voids Clean (may include Clearing) Void Clean works to previously tenanted properties including but not limited to deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, repairs and maintenance etc. This may also involve fire damage clean up, smoke odour removal, sealing of painted surfaces or flood damage clean up. |
18 | Voids Clear (may include Cleaning) Void Clear works to previous tenant properties including but not limited to clearing debris, repairs and maintenance, sanitisation, deep cleaning etc. |
19 | New Build Homes New build housing and mixed development new build works including but not limited to substructure, upper floors, roof and rainwater goods, staircases and balustrades, external walls, windows and external doors, internal/party walls, internal doors, plaster and insulation, tiling and decoration, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, fittings, sanitaryware, disposal installations, water installations, heating source (inc radiators), ventilation systems, electrical installations, builders work on services, external works and drainage. |
