Description
The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Building Materials and Associated Goods (2025) provides a range of supply of building materials and associated goods to support ENP Members/Licensees for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Suppliers will be able to select particular regions that they operate in. A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
Lot Division
1 | Supply and Distribution of Building Materials and Associated Goods The scope of this lot will include the supply and distribution of general building materials and associated goods (which may extend to include plumbing, heating, electrical and other goods/consumables) for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
2 | Supply and Distribution of Plumbing and Heating Materials The scope of this lot will include the distribution of a broad and diverse range of plumbing and heating materials an may extend to include electrical goods and consumables for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
3 | Supply and Distribution of Electrical Materials The scope of this lot will include supply and distribution of electrical materials and may extend to include plumbing and heating materials and consumables for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
4 | Supply and Distribution of Roofing, Rainwater Goods and Associated Products The scope of this lot will include the supply and distribution of a broad and diverse range of roofing materials, rainwater goods and associated goods for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
5 | Supply of Canopies The scope of this lot will include the supply of prefabricated canopies (mainly to domestic properties) for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. This may include installation, if required. |
6 | Supply of Timber and Fencing The scope of this lot will include the supply of timber and fencing (may include timber treatment, gravel board, cement and aggregate and consumable goods) for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
7 | Supply of External Doors The scope of this lot will include the supply of external doors (may include door sets, ironmongery, side screen and the like) for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. If required, the scope may also include surveying, design and technical advice. This lot is open to manufacturers and equipment assemblers that assemble components within their own organisation. |
8 | Supply of Windows The scope of this lot will include but not be limited to the supply of windows, may extend to include external doors, for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis.. If required, the scope may also include surveying, design and technical advice. This lot is open to manufacturers and equipment assemblers that assemble components within their own organisation. |
9 | Supply of Kitchens The scope of this Lot will include the Supply of - including but not limited to - kitchen units, worktops, panels, plinths, jointing, strips, sinks, handles, closers and taps, for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
10 | Glazing Repairs and Replacements The scope of this lot will include repairs and replacement services to glazing units, windows, doors and screens, for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
11 | Environmental Monitoring The scope of this Lot will include the Supply of IT monitoring & dashboard reporting/analysis software, along with connective/system compatible Environmental Monitoring equipment, including, but not limited to, damp monitoring, temperature monitoring & humidity monitoring, remote air quality monitoring, remote mould particle monitoring, sensors, alert systems, internal damp & mould sensors, for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. If required, the scope may also include surveying. |
12 | Retail Builder Merchants (Click & Collect) The scope of this Lot will include the collection, distribution, and delivery of materials using differing and extended services that are not usually offered by a standard builders merchant, for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
13 | Supply of Ironmongery Supply of ironmongery and associated items, for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis. |
