Learning Management System

Total Quantity or Scope

The University is seeking to engage with a provider to secure initially a 3-year licence, including support for build and configuration, of a cloud based LMS that will support workplace learning for circa 3400 staff. It is essential that it supports an integrated data feed from and to our HR people information system providing a single organisational sign on for all staff. Additional information: The estimated total value stated above in Section II.2.6 includes the initial 3 year contract period and the option to extend the contract for any periods up to and including 36 months. The University reserves the right to modify this contract, under Regulation 72(1)(a) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, further information can be obtained from the tender documentation.

Renewal Options

It is anticipated the contract will be for Three (3) years initially with an option to extend for any periods up to and including thirty six (36) months.
