Description
The Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA) is Northern Ireland’s (NI) largest producer of official statistics and government social research. Its role is to enhance understanding of NI society through the provision of trusted information. NISRA provides services to all NI Government Departments and a wide range of other public sector bodies to assist the policy development process and the delivery of their business objectives. The Agency has utilised SPSS software for 25 years and across all work areas large database analysis syntaxes have been written in SPSS code and data validation, analysis and linkages to excel and desktop publishing systems are also set up in SPSS. Contractors not delivering. on contract requirements is a serious matter. It means the public purse is not getting what it is paying for. If a contractor fails to reach. satisfactory levels of contract performance they will be given a specified time to improve.
