Description
NHS England, Highly Specialised Services (referred to as the Commissioner) is awarding to suitably qualified and experienced providers for the Provision of Amyloidosis Networked Model of Care services, following a Competitive Process. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the provider selection process.Amyloidosis is the name for a group of rare, serious conditions caused by a build-up of an abnormal protein, called amyloid, in organs and tissues throughout the body.
