The London Borough of Ealing (“the Authority”), has completed a mini-competition procurement process, via the ESPO Washroom Services 2024_239_24 Framework under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as Amended, and has awarded and appointed Personnel Hygiene Services Ltd T/A PHS Group Plc for the provision of services.The services required by this contract include:• Feminine hygiene• Air fresheners• Hand Care• Sanitiser• Matts• Medical (External nappy waste)• Medical (Sharps)• Nappy waste• Eco clear waterlessIt is intended that the contract shall be for an initial term of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
