Description

A multi-content festive event of scale, mixing several attractions and content areas in one event site. This could include an ice rink, fairground rides, Christmas gift market, food and beverage stalls, entertainment venues, shows and other festive themed activities.

Renewal Options

A successful Contract term will result in an extension.

Award Criteria

Business Plan Provision of a Business Plan to enable assessment of the financial viability and probability of success over the period of the Contract.
Event Proposal Provision of a detailed proposal for the programme of events for winter 2025 and a statement of intent on the programme of events in 2026 and the potential additional one (1) year of 2027.
Experience and Effective Event Planning Demonstration of the approach to planning and producing all aspects of the events programme and how it will be well managed on site.
Operational Delivery and Safety Detail of how the organisation would ensure there are suitable and sufficient health and safety arrangements in place for the events.
Park Protection, Sustainability and Waste Management Outline of the approach to minimising any damage to the park grounds and infrastructure.
Social Value Matrix An opportunity to provide social and economic benefits as additional benefits to that of the main contract.
Cost The project seeks to provide the maximum income to the Council for use of Council resources.
