Description
This is an Intended Approach Notice to award contracts using the Most Suitable Provider Process for OPD Pathway Services.Providers must be able to meet the requirements of the services as detailed in the specifications, requirements and guidance which are included in the MSP documentation to be considered as a most suitable provider.If you believe your organisation can meet the requirements in full, please email anna.salt@nhs.net. You will need to register on Atamis against project reference C324785 to access the MSP documentation to check that you are able to fully meet the requirements. Only if you can fully meet the requirements of the relevant Lot, please complete the Expression of Interest Questionnaire and Declarations Form to enable a provider assessment to be made.Please note the deadline for submitting completed Expression of Interest Questionnaires and Declarations is 12pm, midday, on Wednesday 8th January 2025.It is anticipated that provider assessments will be completed between 8th and 29th January 2025.

Legal Justification
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on Friday 14th March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight on Friday 14th March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.The relevant Authority is of the view, taking into account likely providers and all relevant information available to it at this time that it has identified the most suitable providers for these Lots with the exception of the ESS Peterborough service in Lot 3 for which further information is still being sought. Each of the 5 key criteria were balanced with equal priority and considered on this basis. Following provider assessments, it was agreed that the providers are capable of meeting the service specifications, guidance and requirements.This decision has been made as per NHS England governance processes, by National Commissioning Group on 4th March 2025.
