Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking submissions from suitably experienced organisations to provide services for people with a visual impairment.\r \r The aim of the service is to support people with a visual impairment to meet their individual outcomes around well-being and independence.\r There is also a requirement for the service to support Hartlepool's adult population with specialist vision assessments and deliver vision rehabilitation.\r \r
